Maryland’s Small Cell Roll Out: Making 5G a Reality

Baltimore Street2In the race to 5G, counties and cities across Maryland are working with the wireless industry to deploy the small cell infrastructure needed to advance this new technology. Over 600 are already deployed in Baltimore City alone!

Presenters on the MACo Summer Conference session “Maryland’s Small Cell Roll Out: Making 5G a Reality,” panel will help keep attendees up-to-date on everything they need to know (e.g. executing agreements, adopting ordinances, setting aesthetic standards) to prepare for small cell deployments locally without running afoul of federal requirements and while protecting their community interests and meeting their needs.
