We are entering the final Phase of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and Maryland has drafted its final plan to meet 2025 nutrient reduction goals. Panelists will provide an update on Bay TMDL progress and discuss state and county responsibilities under the Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP).
