Description: Affordable housing is a major issue for most counties, but too often discussions become debates pitting key stakeholders against each other – government versus housing providers, housing providers vs. residents, residents vs. the government, and on and on. The session will highlight recommendations for consensus-building among key stakeholders in order to achieve the mutually desirable goal of creating and preserving affordable housing.
