Each year, MACo’s summer conference serves as the unofficial turning point between wrapping up 2019, and looking at ahead to 2020. We are glad to once again host Governor Larry Hogan, as his Saturday morning address will punctuate that shift, and help county and state policymakers set their sights ahead.

Expect talk about transportation, education, economic development, clean energy, housing, combating opioids, and many more topics to be front and center with the Governor’s address. Governor Hogan reliably references counties’ top priorities, and also uses this platform to launch or lay out the case for his newest policy goals.
