After 40 years of hosting the PACE reception, the event is as important today as it was in the beginning. The mission of telling our story in the state capital to key legislators and countless officials remains the focus of PACE. This venue provides a chance for citizens of Mountain Maryland to have their voices heard by those who make decisions that directly impact our region. Everyone is welcome to join Allegany and Garrett Counties in celebrating 40 years of progress at PACE 2016.
The PACE Reception is Thursday, January 21, 2016, 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and the PACE Breakfast is Friday, January 22, 2016, 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Both events are held at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, 126 West Street, Annapolis.
The reception is a cocktail party format featuring hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. The breakfast is buffet style. Displays are prominently featured at both events. Allegany and Garrett County businesses and individuals generously donate products, services, and experiences for giveaways at the breakfast.
US Senator Benjamin Cardin, US Congressman John Delaney, and Maryland State Comptroller Peter Franchot will be making remarks at the PACE Breakfast. Courtney A.
