Caroline County Commissioners Primary Outcomes

Four Republicans competed for three spots in the primary race for Caroline County Commissioner, while two of the three county incumbent commissioners secured the Republican nominations.

Caroline County elects three commissioners at-large.

At-Large – Incumbents Travis Breeding (R) and Larry Porter (R) were successful in their contested primary to return, and will likely be joined by Michael Mann (R), although many ballots remain uncounted. Incumbent Frank Barts lost in the primary for Register of Wills.

On the Democratic side, Savannah Winston ran unopposed and will likely face Michael Mann (R) and incumbents Travis Breeding (R) and Larry Porter (R) in November.
