MACo’s 2026 Summer Conference, “Build What’s Next,” will spotlight the emerging technologies, strategies, and solutions helping Maryland’s counties prepare for the future.

As always, the conference will feature four days of educational sessions, meetings, briefings, and a two-day tradeshow with 300+ exhibiting companies.

MACo’s Wednesday Tech Expo has become a much-anticipated feature of the conference, hosting 60+ tech vendors to showcase tools and solutions to help government streamline functionality and increase security. On Wednesday, August 12, participants will explore how technology is helping counties build what’s next. Sessions will tackle some of local government’s most pressing tech issues, from cybersecurity and artificial intelligence to emergency preparedness and resilience.
