After several members of the Board of Commissioners did not seek re-election, four of five seats will have new members.
Commissioner Ed Rothstein (District 5) is the only incumbent to have sought re-election and he had no Democratic challenger. He will be the only returning person on the incoming Board of Commissioners.
New Commissioners
District 1 – Joe Vigliotti
In District 1, Joe Vigliotti won the Republican primary and had no Democratic challenger. He officially won election this past Tuesday.
District 2 – Kenneth A. Kiler
In District 2, Kenneth A. Kiler won the Republican primary and had no Democratic challenger. He officially won election this past Tuesday.
District 3 – Tom Gordon
In District 3, Republican Tom Gordon bested Democrat Zach hands. Gordon won 67.25 percent to 32.65 percent. His victory cements total Republican control of the Board.
District 4 – Michael R. Guerin
In District 4, Michael R. Guerin won the Republican primary and had no Democratic challenger. He officially won election this past Tuesday.
