The statewide board tasked with overseeing implementation of the landmark Blueprint for Maryland’s Future has launched a new website and clearinghouse for its work.
The Blueprint Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB) is tasked with overseeing the implementation of Maryland’s major education policy reform initiative known as the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future.
On August 9, the AIB announced that it launched an official website to serve as a clearinghouse for the Board’s future work: aib.maryland.gov.
Currently, the website features upcoming webinars and events, information about the Blueprint and the AIB, and resources on Blueprint implementation.
At the 2022 MACo Summer Conference general session, “Too Cool for Traditional School: The Changing Role of Community Colleges and Career and Technical Education,” an esteemed panel of education leaders and policy experts will explore these emerging trends in public education and how local governments can best prepare Marylander’s learners for the modern workforce.
The 2022 MACo Summer Conference will be held at the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, MD from August 17-22. This year’s theme is “Taking Care of Business.” More information can be found on our conference website.
