Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE) is one of the oldest established consulting firms in the country and has successfully completed thousands of planning, engineering and capital infrastructure improvement projects. Taliza Bins Johnson, PE serves as the Regional Manager of their Maryland office, which is located in the city of Laurel almost midway between Washington, DC and Baltimore. Ms. Johnson has more than two decades of engineering and management experience. Her areas of expertise include design of sanitary and storm sewer, sewage and water systems, highway and roadway, subdivisions and site plan, and hydraulics and hydrology.

RVE’s professional staff includes experts in the major areas of engineering required to support capital facilities and infrastructure improvements, land use planning and redevelopment, tax map maintenance, GIS database, environmental support services, resident engineering, construction inspection, owner’s representation, program management, technical and administrative support services.
