Comcast Introduces Fastest Internet Speeds Over Wi-Fi Across Maryland

Comcast announced in June that it now offers the fastest internet speeds over Wi-Fi across Maryland and Virginia.

Comcast Business Class delivers powerful yet affordable High-Speed Internet, Voice and TV services for businesses which are competitively priced to help businesses meet their objectives. Get download speeds of up to 100Mbps plus Microsoft® Communication Services and Norton™ Security Suite Business Edition at no additional cost. Business Class Voice, rated #1 in call clarity, includes a host of flexible, time-saving capabilities. The entire Comcast Business Class suite is backed by 24/7 customer support with dedicated call centers, local representatives, and technicians who are specially trained and certified to provide business-class support.

According to the Comcast website:

In Maryland, the company has invested to introduce Gigabit service to residential and business customers in Lake Linganore and the Town of Hancock. In Virginia, the latest launches are in Culpeper, Emporia, Front Royal, Lynchburg and Palmyra.

Customers in these areas now will be able to take advantage of advanced Wi-Fi technology that is capable of delivering Wi-Fi speeds faster than a Gig to support the ever-increasing number of connected devices in their homes.

“We continue to innovate our products and services to meet the ever-evolving expectations of our customers,” said Michael Parker, senior vice president of Comcast’s Beltway Region, which serves Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and parts of Delaware, North Carolina and West Virginia. “Customers in the areas we serve can enjoy faster speeds, state-of-the-art Gateway modems with Wi-Fi 6 technology, wall-to-wall Wi-Fi coverage, personalized tools and controls, and advanced cybersecurity protection.”
