Friday morning kicks off with a meeting of county elected officials, with a “round table” style discussion of the Federal budget deal and its local effects. Soon afterward, the first two general sessions of the conference will feature “Powering the Future: Meeting Maryland’s Energy Needs,” and “People Power: Harnessing Citizen Energy Through Social Media.”
