Police Accountability Board annual reports from across the state show progress on police reforms and transparency.
Police reform legislation from 2021 requires all counties and Baltimore City to issue an annual report on the activities and findings from of each police accountability board. With the first fully operational year concluded, those findings are beginning to be published. Below are a handful of 2023 reports with more to come.
The Independent Investigations Division in the Office of the Attorney General also develops an annual report on the year. The 2023 report is not yet available.
