On June 14th, the Frederick County Nature Council is hosting a webinar on the future of EVs and some of the most prevalent concerns around their broader adoption. The webinar is free and will be presented by Ron Kaltenbaugh, President of the Electric Vehicle Association of Greater Washington DC.

Electric vehicle purchases are growing quickly. The greatest benefit is the lack of harmful exhaust emissions, but electric vehicles offer so much more. This session will focus the types of EVs, EV charging, EV road trips, EV incentives, and the climate, health and financial impacts of EVs. The short-term developments and long-term promises for EVs will also be discussed.
