July 14: Blueprint Summer Working Session

The Blueprint Accountability and Implementation Board is hosting a series of summer work sessions on implementing the Blueprint and its pillars. The first in the series is on Thursday, July 14.

The Blueprint Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB) is tasked with overseeing the implementation of Maryland’s major education policy reform initiative known as the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future. As the AIB and local education agencies (LEAs) embark on Blueprint implementation, the AIB is actively working to engage local leaders and the communities for successful and smooth implementation.

Starting on Thursday, July 14, the AIB will host a series of virtual summer workshops on implementation and various pillars of the Blueprint. The July 14 event is scheduled for four hours, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm and is open to all Maryland residents.

As a follow-up to the Implementation Planning Series, the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future AIB is hosting a series of summer working sessions to support the development of the Blueprint Comprehensive Implementation Plan. Take this opportunity to share considerations related to the implementation of Pillars 2 and 5 that are critical to the Blueprint’s success with the AIB by registering to join this virtual meeting.

At the July 14 meeting, participants can “take this opportunity to share implementation considerations specific to Pillars 2 and 5 in this first session of the AIB’s summer series.”
