Maryland’s recent opioid settlement with Johnson & Johnson, as well as the three biggest opioid medication distributors, raises several questions, including “Who gets these funds?” and “How will these funds be used?”

Description: The recent national settlement involving some of the country’s largest opioid medication distributors has raised the incredibly important question of “How do we best help the victims of opioid overdose and overdose death, and prevent future victims?” With settlement funds on the way, panelists will present state and local perspectives on this question and more.
