MACo’s 2020 Summer Conference, “2020 Vision: Today’s Roadmap, Tomorrow’s Reality,” will draw about 3,000 participants – if you want to do business with Maryland’s counties, you need to be there!
County governments are searching for vendors offering virtually every business function and service found in Maryland. From logistics to printing, finance to office administration, IT consulting to playground equipment, training to trash removal, and much more, county decision-makers are shopping for resources at MACo’s Summer Conference.
MACo’s Corporate Partners and 2019 exhibitors and sponsors get the “first look” at our 2020 booth locations and sponsorship options, but remaining opportunities will be opened to the public in mid/late February. More details below:
MACo offers two exhibiting opportunities:
- Tech Expo (Wednesday, August 19) – This one-day-only exhibit show features providers of technology products and services. Only 64 tables are available!
PRICING: $500 for just Wednesday; $200 as an add-on to the Thu/Fri show
- Tradeshow (Thursday, August 20-Friday, August 21) – Our “main show” hosts about 250 booths over two days, featuring county tourism and economic development, state departments, commercial companies, and nonprofit organizations.

- State – $1,000
- Commercial – $1,500
- Highlight – $2,000
- Feature – $2,500
- Premium – $3,000
- Additional Booths – $1,300
