Citizens who cannot attend the Commissioners of St. Mary’s County’s next public forum on May 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., can now participate via social media.

Announced in a county press release,

…citizens who wish to voice a concern or ask a question, and are unable to attend in person, can take to social media to present their issue or question. Citizens can post comments or questions using the hashtag #CSMCforum to the county’s Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/StMarysCountyGovernment) or twitter feed (@StMarysCoGov.) Time permitting, comments and questions will be read at the forum. Citizens are asked to include their full name and mailing address as the comments will become part of the official record.

The forum will be held in the commissioners meeting room, inside the Chesapeake Building, at 41770 Baldridge Street in Leonardtown.
