Frederick County has launched a drug awareness webpage to “educate and inform the public about drug abuse and the resources available to combat drugs.”
In a recent press release from Frederick County, Commissioner Billy Shreve said,
“We want to thank our outstanding coalition members who have a vision to help Frederick County fight the battle against drugs. They have raised awareness of the serious challenges drug abuse causes in our community. We believe that our efforts will educate the public about the dangers of drug abuse, how to recognize the warning signs that your child may be using drugs, and how to seek help through our many community resources. This new webpage provides an online one-stop shop for information on our events and activities and will be helpful in consolidating our efforts through the year.”
