During August 14‐17, 2013, an estimated 2,000 local government officials, county staff decision‐makers, legislators, and business representatives will convene at the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland for MACo’s Summer Conference. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to put your company’s products and services in front of the people you want to reach. In addition to other benefits listed in our 2013 Summer Conference Sponsorship Brochure, all sponsor information will be displayed on signage, online, in the printed program, and in our mobile app.
Here are some of the sponsorship opportunities we’re offering to help sponsors reach out to MACo’s Summer Conference attendees:
- Conference Registration
Sponsor our registration materials and one-site registration area. Sponsor logo will be displayed on registration website and printed on registration folder, At-A-Glance schedule card, and on-site signage.
- Keynote Speaker
We had a standing-room-only crowd for our Keynote Speaker last year! The sponsor gets to introduce the speaker – put a face on your company name with this sponsorship.
- Giveaways like Tote Bags and Name Badge Neckwallets
Very visible branding given to each conference attendee.
- All-day Beverage Stations
Sponsor the beverage stations that are available to attendees all day, every day of the conference. Depending on the day, this sponsorship covers 2 or 3 beverage stations – Sponsor gets signage at all beverage stations for each day that they purchase.
- Crab Feast
This is our largest networking event of Summer Conference – it should not be missed by those companies wishing to do business with Maryland’s local governments! Sponsorship options include the band, buffet, ice cream, cups, crab mallets, and the beverage cart and stands.
