MPCA Announces 2012 Annual Conference

The Maryland Planning Commissioners Associations (MPCA) will be hosting their 2012 Annual Conference November 8-9 at the Westin Washington National Harbor.  The annual conference is designed to build the knowledge base of citizen planners in Maryland and provide attendees a chance to network with fellow commissioners and ask questions of planning professionals. Sessions include discussions on planning trends; a review of new legislation and regulatory decisions; and “how to” tips for becoming an effective commission or board member.  Registration and conference information is available here.

MPCA is a statewide, non-profit educational organization of municipal, county and regional planning commissioners and boards of zoning appeals members. MPCA members work to improve the quality of life for all Marylanders through planning, environmental protection, historic preservation, and growth management.
