MACo 2012 Summer Conference Session – Leveraging Volunteer Resources – Creating a “Win” for the Volunteers, Agencies, and the Community

Description: Human service agencies are relying more and more on volunteers to deliver much-needed services to vulnerable populations. While this approach may be more economical, it also brings challenges. This panel will discuss how to appropriately use volunteers, liability issues to be considered, and the county view of the benefits and challenges.
