Calvert County residents have saved more than $130,000 through the National Association of Counties (NACo) Prescription Discount Card Program.
Launched in 2004 as a 17-county pilot program, the National Association of Counties (NACo) in partnership with CVS Caremark, introduced the NACo Prescription Drug Discount Card program. The program, offered exclusively to families residing in any participating NACo-member county, provides a discount on commonly prescribed medications for those that do not have prescription drug insurance.
Free cards are available throughout the county and may be used by all county residents.
For additional information on how to get your county involved with the program, visit NACo’s Prescription Drug Discount Card Program webpage.
