State Regulatory Reform: A Call for Suggestions

In mid-October Governor O’Malley signed an executive order aimed at spurring economic growth .  The order calls for a 60-day state review of current state regulations with the intent of changing and/or eliminating regulations that are duplicative, outdated, or those that create unnecessary barriers to job creation.
