The National Association of Counties (NACo)  has launched a new partnership  with the Corporation for Supportive Housing to address jail population management.  The project seeks to strengthen efforts to end the cycle of homelessness and incarceration in county jails through placement in affordable housing for  individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
