Due to complications arising from Hurricane Irene, the public hearings of the Governor’s Redistricting Advisory Committee (GRAC) for Baltimore and Harford counties have been rescheduled for Monday, September 12.  Hearing times and locations are :

Hearing begins at 7:00 p.m.
