The Caroline County Board of Commissioners has announced the appointment of Ken Decker as the new Caroline County Administrator. Decker comes to Caroline County from Hampstead, Maryland where he served for 12 years as the Town Manager. During his tenure he was recognized by the Maryland Municipal League (MML) with an Award for Excellence for his management and supervision of the town’s water system. Commission President Jeff Ghrist stated:
“Ken has demonstrated an entrepreneurial approach to local government and has extensive experience in all areas of public level and we’re very pleased to welcome him.”
Decker will take his post as County Administrator August 15.
