Transportation infrastructure is critical to maintain the State’s economic viability and to provide access to home, jobs, health care, education, and recreational activities.    Yet, the Blue Ribbon Commission on Maryland Transportation Funding recently formed a consensus that the State’s transportation system is facing a fiscal crisis.   This session will discuss transportation funding challenges and needs, and why action needs to be taken now to maintain business competitiveness and citizen quality of life.
