The biennial Land Use Institute is back with a comprehensive review of current topics and major issues affecting land use planning and zoning in Maryland and throughout the country. The faculty includes attorneys, planners and public officials who are among the most experienced in the state in these fields.  We are fortunate to be joined by The Honorable Glenn T. Harrell, Jr., The Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe, and the Honorable James A.
