In a hearing Tuesday before the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee and House Appropriations Committee, Republican legislators offered their views on balancing the State’s FY 2011 budget. The House Republican Caucus plan was presented by Delegate Tony O’Donnell, Minority Leader, and Delegate Christopher Shank, Minority Whip.
