About Keenan Pharmacy Services: Keenan Pharmacy Services provides pharmacy benefit management services to Public Schools and County governments in Maryland. Their goal is to maximize discounts and rebates to minimize total spending and manage clinical outcomes, the drivers of excess cost where PBMs profit. The Keenan Pharmacy Clinical Management Program works independently of the PBM to ensure high-cost medications are dispensed at the lowest cost possible.
