MACo is thrilled to announce that exhibitor registration is open to all for the 2025 Summer Conference! Register to exhibit today – we will sell out quickly!

MACo’s Summer Conference, “Funding the Future: The Evolving Role of Local Government,” is scheduled for August 13-16, 2025, in Ocean City, Maryland.

MACo’s Summer Conference brings together approximately 3,000 leaders from all levels of government and the private sector. With four days of educational sessions, along with 2 exhibit shows (over 350 vendors!), and numerous briefings, meetings, and opportunities to connect with counties, this conference is a can’t-miss event for anyone involved in Maryland’s local government interests.

As Maryland’s local governments continue to navigate a shifting economic landscape, the challenge of funding essential services and planning for future growth has never been more critical. This conference will explore the pressing issues that shape Maryland’s counties and the innovative solutions that can guide their success in the years to come. Central topics will include sustainable road funding, addressing energy challenges, aligning the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, and using next-generation tools to enhance service delivery and support smart decision-making.

  • For both shows, pricing is based on exhibit location – see brochures listed above for pricing and what’s included with a booth
  • Discounts are available if an organization wants to participate in the Wednesday Tech Expo and the Thursday/Friday Tradeshow
  • Further discounts are available for the Tech Expo if your organization is a member of the Maryland Tech Council! (Contact Regina for details)

New this year:

  • Due to increased demand, we’ve opened up more exhibiting space upstairs, in the Bayfront Ballroom
  • ABC Hall is downstairs, Bayfront Hall is upstairs – both halls will host breaks and meals
  • Bayfront booth pricing is slightly lower than ABC booth pricing, so if budget has been an issue for you before, we hope this option will give you an opportunity to participate!
