Maryland Invests $6M in Baltimore County Hospital Renovation

In an effort to improve an average wait time of four and a half hours, Northwest Hospital in Randalstown will undergo a sizable expansion. 

As previously covered on Conduit Street, emergency room wait times are very long across the entire state of Maryland. A recent Baltimore Banner article explores what a hospital in Baltimore County is trying to do about it.

Northwest Hospital is renovating and expanding its emergency department, adding four triage rooms and 2,500 square feet in an effort to reduce wait times and improve the experience for patients and staff.

This renovation includes a $6M investment from the State.
