County Leaders Call for Unified Action to Protect Public Health

The leaders of Maryland’s seven largest counties and newly sworn-in Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott will hold a virtual press conference today at 2:00 pm to urge Marylanders to adhere to state and local COVID-19 safety guidelines. As counties continue to see a surge of COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations and deaths are on the rise across Maryland, and health officials warn that the worst of the pandemic is yet to come. These eight leaders are coming together to express a unified voice.
