Wicomico to Open Restaurant Relief Grant Fund

Next Monday, Nov. 16, Salisbury-Wicomico Economic Development, Inc (SWED) will begin accepting applications for its Restaurant Relief Grant Fund. wicomico seal and map

SWED will be issuing grants of up to $15,000 to struggling restaurants in the county, especially those that have seen financial hardships due to restrictions on indoor dining capacity. Award amounts will be based on the number of Full Time Equivalent employees. The group has $836,000 in State funds to spend, and expects to begin issuing grants on November 23.
