Title: The Impact of COVID-19 on Local Government and K-12 Education

Description: COVID-19 is pressuring local and state government finances. Interdependencies between state, local and education funding is likely to limit K-12 budgets. The public sector, school district staffing, and benefits will be impacted by the economic downturn. UnitedHealthcare will examine the impact in different regions and school districts and discuss how localities may respond to budgetary changes.
