What emergency powers are available to local governments as they work to protect the public health?

The Academy for Excellence in Local Governance, a partnership of the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, the Maryland Municipal League, and the Maryland Association of Counties, is proud to offer a free Zoom webinar for local government officials exploring these questions, sponsored by the Local Government Insurance Trust.
