Harford Executive Glassman’s fiscal 21 budget recommends full funding for schools, record funding for public safety and libraries, no tax increases.
Harford County Executive Barry Glassman this week recommended a $948 million budget for fiscal 2021 that fully funds the school board’s operating budget request, provides record-level funding for public safety, the public library system, and community college, and does not raise tax rates.
