EPA Website Adds New Resources for State and Local Governments

Today the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that it is adding new COVID-19 resources to its website for state and local governments.

In a press release EPA announced that they are adding to its COVID-19 page. EPA has compiled various resources including press releases, frequently asked questions, and state and local resource pages. Included in the resource pages are information on compliance requirements, grants, and other areas of interest for government entities.

From the press release:

“EPA is doing all we can to support our state, local, and tribal partners as we work together to address this public health emergency in our communities,” said EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler. “The resources we are providing on this new webpage will help us coordinate our efforts, provide flexibilities when necessary, and effectively navigate through any challenges that may arise.”
