Public safety will be the focus of a Howard County town hall meeting on Wednesday, November 8 from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. The meeting, hosted by County Executive Kittleman, will take place at the James N. Roby Public Safety Training Center, 2200 Scott Wheeler Drive, Marriottsville.

Prior to the town hall, both the fire and health departments will offer free public health and safety training sessions at 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., including classes on hands-only CPR, the use of Stop the Bleed kits, and how to administer naloxone when someone is having an opioid-related overdose.
