MACo’s Summer Conference will feature a competition for attendees to choose the Best County Booth – highlighting county economic development efforts and charity priorities. Sponsored by the MD-DE-DC Beverage Association.
WHO? County booths will be competing for the chance to select a charity in their jurisdiction to win the $5,000 CASH PRIZE!! Attendees will vote on the Best County Booth.
WHAT? Sponsored by the MD-DE-DC Beverage Association, this fun“Best County Booth” competition gives participants a chance to vote for their favorite booth: based on their economic development initiatives, friendly staff, decor, tasting samples, or their selected charity!
WHEN? Thursday, August 17, 4:30 pm—6:30 pm
WHERE? Bayfront Hall
WHY? Let’s celebrate the economic development, tourism, and charity initiatives and priorities from across our state!
HOW? Registered conference attendees with tickets to attend the Taste of Maryland Reception can trade their ticket for a voting token—and drop it in the container for their favorite booth!
The $5,000 grand prize will be awarded to the winning county’s charity on Saturday at the Governor’s Closing Address.
