Harford County Executive, Barry Glassman recognized employees and volunteers from the Fallston senior center for their heroic efforts during a medical emergency last April.
A pickleball player who collapsed and lost consciousness on April 21 received critical medical attention and was back playing the game within two weeks, thanks to quick action by Fallston senior center staff and volunteers. Harford County officials recently recognized the volunteers and county employees Joyce Trageser and Debbie Gemuendt, who were named Harford County All-Star Employees for extraordinary public service.
