Secretary of the Maryland Department of the Environment Ben Grumbles will discuss new environmental initiatives. There will be an analysis of the most impactful land use decisions from Maryland’s appellate courts and the Supreme Court, and also a discussion of development rights and responsibilities agreements after Cleanwater Linganore v. Frederick County, land use regulation of medical cannabis, a legislative roundup and more.
