The State Highway Administration (SHA) has posted all Templates for the Reporting on the Uses of Highway User Revenue (HUR) for Fiscal Year 2016 on the SHA website. Instructions for submission of the completed file are available on TAB-1 of the file.

The deadline for local governments to submit the report is no later than September 30, 2016.
