Attorneys in the Matrix: Legal Best Practice Against Black Hat Threats
County legal and liability issues have grown increasingly complicated in the cyber age and counties need to have robust best practices in place to protect both themselves and their citizens from “black hat” threats. Threats can be external, such as outside hacking or ransomware attacks, or internal by insider or privileged users.
