MACo’s Summer Conference is August 17-20, 2016. In addition to other benefits listed in our 2016 Summer Conference Sponsorship Brochure, all sponsor information will be displayed on signage, online, in the printed program, and in our mobile app.

Did you know? Sponsors of $2,000 or more are invited to host their own Sponsor Showcase Session! Sponsor Showcase Sessions are 30-minute sessions about topics of the sponsors’ choice. Timeslots are limited – reserve yours today!

Be visible to MACo’s Summer Conference attendees with one of the following options:

	Power Zone Lounge – Our attendees need a quiet place to talk, work together, and create solutions – be the provider of this space! Sponsor’s logo will be printed on the mobile device charging station, table tents and signage within the lounge, and on signage directing attendees to the lounge. Sponsor may provide promotional materials to be displayed in the lounge.
	Buffet Lunch – One or Both Days! – Lunch is offered to ticket-holders in both of the exhibit halls and on the second floor for lunch meetings. Signage is displayed at each buffet location. Sponsor information is printed on table signs and displayed on each dining table. And sponsor logo printed on meal tickets if confirmed by July 1, 2016!
	Promotional Chair Drop – MACo Staff will personally place your promotional materials on the chairs of either our Keynote Speaker presentation or one of our General Sessions. This is a great opportunity to get your promotional materials directly into the hands of our attendees. Promotional materials must be approved by MACo. Sponsor must provide 400 copies of materials.
	Crab Feast – This is our LARGEST NETWORKING EVENT of Summer Conference – it should not be missed by those companies wishing to do business with Maryland’s local governments! Sponsorship options include the band, ice cream, cups, food buffets, crab mallets and more!
	Mobile App – This is the best way to navigate our conference! The app includes the schedule, speaker info, maps, and profiles for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Participants can post in an Activity Feed to share their conference experience! Sponsors will get branding in the app and promoted posts on the Activity Feed.
