Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh (Source: Maryland Manual On-Line)Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh will provide an update on key legal issues at the 2015 MACo Attorneys Conference. Frosh will be joined by two other counsel, representing the Opinions, Advice, and Legislation Division within the Office of the Attorney General and the Open Meetings Compliance Board. Other key discussion areas will include: (1) emergent drugs and their legal challenges; (2) legal and liability issues posed by the offices of the sheriff and state’s attorney; and (3) a group discussion of county legal issues.
The conference is only open to county attorneys and related legal staff. It is a free event but attorneys must register online by November 9, 2015.
The conference will take place from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday, November 16, at MACo’s office (169 Conduit Street, Annapolis, MD 21401). Lunch will be provided. Check-in begins at 9:30 AM.
