The NACo regional call is a discussion of the effect of federal legislation and regulations on counties in the northeast US amongst county elected officials from Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
