In the month of April alone, Maryland residents saved $200,000 on prescription medications — all through a program offered through their county government. The discount program was used more than 3,000 just that month in Maryland — each time by a resident carrying the county-branded card. For the resident, it’s a “no-lose” proposition — the county discount price is only used if it’s the best option available.
The NACo-sponsored and MACo-endorsed NACo Prescription – Health – Dental Discount Program provides relief to uninsured and underinsured Americans who face high prescription, health and dental costs.
The prescription discount program is FREE for member counties and free for residents!
Currently, these jurisdictions offer the program to their residents:
Allegany | Baltimore City | Baltimore County
Calvert | Caroline | Carroll | Cecil | CharlesDorchester | Frederick | Howard | Kent
Montgomery | Prince George’s | Somerset
St. Mary’s | Talbot | Wicomico | Worcester
