Congressional Briefing: Reduce Number of People With Mental Illnesses In Jails

The National Association of Counties (NACo) and the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center, in collaboration with congressional leaders, held a briefing on December 9, 2015 and announced a bipartisan commitment to reduce the number of people with mental disorders cycling through jails.
